In 1987, Richard Aanrich opened the doors to A Positive Change in Portland, Oregon, and Catherine (Cat) Wilson joined him in 2001. We are making the transition to a new and higher identity to represent a more global community, and now introduce you to our new identity APOSITIVA INSTITUTE. We focus on ways to enrich and improve the lives of others through counseling, hypnosis, NLP, and various alternative healing approaches. We are not affiliated with Positive Changes.

Moving into the future, we began changes to our name to Apositiva Institute to represent our idea of designing your life with the positive changes of an individual. Apositiva Institute has brought on other talented NLP Practitioners and Instructors, many who are past students.
